All fees for our services are clearly outlined before payment. By making a payment, you agree that payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed, fees may be subject to change with prior notice, and subscription-based services authorize recurring payments.
Our refund policy is outlined in our contractual agreement with each client. Refunds may be granted under specific conditions as detailed in that agreement. We do not offer refunds for delays caused by credit bureaus, creditors, or financial institutions; changes in personal financial circumstances; or services that have already been completed.
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your credit history, allow Rapid Credit Boosters to act on your behalf when communicating with credit bureaus and creditors, avoid fraudulent activity such as identity misrepresentation or credit file splitting, and avoid applying for new credit accounts while we work on your profile unless otherwise advised. Failure to comply may result in service termination without a refund.
While we strive to improve your credit profile, we do not guarantee specific results, credit score increases, or approval for any credit products. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including the accuracy of your credit report, financial behavior, and creditor responses.
Our services comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We do not promise a specific increase in your credit score, the removal of all negative items, or guaranteed loan or credit approvals.
Rapid Credit Boosters is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using our services; actions taken by credit bureaus, creditors, or financial institutions; or financial losses due to changes in your credit profile. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
If you have a dispute with us, you must first contact our support team to resolve the issue. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in the state of California. Class-action lawsuits are not permitted.
We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate any of these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make required payments. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
