Credit Score Apps
It makes sense that something important like your credit, can be seen or accessed quickly and easily and what a better way than to do that on an app? You have your phone with you every day and probably all day. Here are some easy-to-use apps that we recommend.
Mint is one of the most popular apps for finance and it’s free to download. You can check your credit score and it has a summary on how to improve your score as well.
It can connect to your bank accounts and credit cards where it provides a comprehensive overview of your finances.
Credit Karma can also track your credit score in a very friendly interface. They update your reports and info every week and have a nice breakdown of contributions to your score. This app tracks credit scores from Equifax and TransUnion and the score it provides is for Vantage.
Credit Sesame lets you access Experian scores and it can create credit history like previous examples. It also features some refinancing solutions offered by Lending Club.
TransUnion and Experian
Two of the three credit bureaus also offer their own apps. TransUnion and Experian have free apps that will allow a user to check their credit score according to each bureau.
